Our story

A hand-folded dumpling house with an open-kitchen heart.

Tucked inside a converted house on Rue Clark since 2016, The Dumpling Hut feels more like a neighbourhood secret than a restaurant built for show.

01

Haiqin's table

Haiqin built the hut around special homemade recipes: hand-folded Chinese dumplings, served without ceremony, meant to be shared.

02

An open kitchen

Nothing is hidden. You can watch the wrappers get rolled, the fillings spooned, the pleats pressed shut, and the dumplings hit the steam and the pan.

03

What it feels like

Steam, a few close tables, the sound of dumplings hitting the pan, and plates that arrive ready for dipping. A hidden gem for casual dinners and friends who order too much on purpose.
